with your City issued username & password.
If you need a City issued username & password to check the status of your permit, please email permits@cityofsantacruz.com requesting an eTRAKiT login. Please include the following:
- Name
- Permit #
- Relationship to permit
- Email Address
- Phone number
- Company name (if applicable)
- CSLB License # (if applicable)
Please note any active construction sites or facilities must be in compliance with the County Health Order which includes Social Distancing Protocols and Construction Site requirements.
